3. Products, Specifications, and Quality Standards
- Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, thicknesses, and performance parameters (such as abrasion resistance, cold resistance, and environmental compliance) of our PU leather rolls as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur due to screen settings or batch production.

4. Ordering, Payment, and Shipping (FCL Wholesale)
- Order Confirmation: An order is officially recognized only after a Proforma Invoice (PI) is signed/confirmed by both parties and the agreed deposit (typically T/T) is received.
- Full Container Load (FCL) Shipping: We primarily specialize in container-load shipping for PU leather rolls. Shipping terms (Incoterms, such as FOB, CIF, or CFR) will be explicitly stated in the Proforma Invoice.
- Risk and Title: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the risk of loss or damage to products passes to the buyer upon loading at the port of origin (for FOB terms). Title to the goods remains with Fujian Yudeng Co., Ltd. until full payment has been received.
5. Inspection, Claims, and Return Policy
- Inspection Upon Arrival: Buyers must inspect the PU leather rolls upon receipt at their destination warehouse. Any discrepancy in quantity, specification, or visible defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of cargo arrival, accompanied by photographic and testing evidence.
- Processing Claims: Defective or non-compliant rolls must be kept in their original condition and packaging. Once verified by our quality control team, remedies will be handled in accordance with the agreed contract terms (e.g., replacement in the next shipment or credit note). Cutting, processing, or manufacturing with the material constitutes full acceptance of the goods, and claims will no longer be accepted.
